MEDGAZ has delivered a clean-burning fuel, i.e., natural gas, thus contributing towards meeting the targets set out in the Kyoto Protocol.

There is an increasingly greater reliance by industrial and residential consumers on the use of natural gas. It is an efficient, safe, versatile and above all, clean fossil fuel.

Studies have shown that the use of natural gas can help mitigate some of the key factors involved in air pollution such as acid rain, the erosion of the ozone layer and 'greenhouse' gases.

With the aim of achieving the objectives laid down by the Kyoto Protocol, government authorities have been encouraging the use of natural gas to fuel electrical power generation using energy efficient combined cycle turbine technology.
