- Establish adequate budgetary planning to execute scheduled preventive plans on a yearly basis.
- Train and instruct workers on the risks inherent in their jobs, as well as the mechanisms and procedures to avoid such risks, and wherever necessary, the means and methods to mitigate or lessen their impacts.
