MEDGAZ S.A., in the application of the current regulations on the personal data protection, informs that the personal data, which is received from the website: forms: CV, complaint and others, is included in the specific automated user files.
The collation and automated treatment of personal data has the purposes of personal selection, ethical code compliance and as a contact mean with MEDGAZ S.A.
These data will only be provided to those public or private entities that are necessary for complying the aforementioned objective.
MEDGAZ S.A. takes the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, November 27 of 2016, concerning the legal person’s protection regarding the personal data processing and his free movement.
The user may, at any time, exercise his right of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation recognized in the aforementioned Regulation (EU). - How long is the personal data stored?
The personal data provided will be stored as long as the commercial relationship is active or you do not request its deletion and during the period for which legal responsibilities may arise for the services provided.

Your data processing is carried out with the following legal bases that legitimize it:
- In sending CV, whose terms and conditions will be available to you in any case, prior to an eventual contacting, it is legitimized by the interest of the interested party.
- The complaints sending within the ethical code framework is legitimized by a legal interest.
- The sending of any other request not pointed out above is legitimized by the interest of the interested party.
In case you do not provide us with your data or you do it wrongly or incomplete, we will not be able to attend to your request, making it completely impossible to provide you with the requested information or carry out the services contracting.
